Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all packaging intact.

  • You’ll need to provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Returns must be posted to the following address:

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • A return label is not provided.

  • Items sent back without prior return request and confirmation will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please check your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

Want to swap your item?
The quickest way is to place a new order and return the original item. Once we receive and approve the return, we’ll issue a refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, banks and credit card companies may take additional time to reflect the transaction.
