At J’YUG Perfume, every order is handcrafted with love and care — we don’t just pick it off a shelf, we make it fresh just for you.

Processing Time

Once you place your order, please allow us 2–3 business days to create, hand-pack, and prepare your items for dispatch.
We’re not Amazon Prime (yet 😉), but we work hard to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Shipping Time

• Standard shipping: Estimated 2–4 business days after dispatch (within most metro areas).

• Orders shipped outside VIC may take a little longer due to road-only transport regulations (see below).

Important Note on Shipping Perfumes

Due to the presence of natural ethanol in our perfumes, Australia Post regulations do not permit air shipping of these items.
As a result, all perfume orders must be shipped by road, which may slightly increase delivery times, especially for interstate orders.

Packaging & Breakage

We take extra care to safely pack every order so your products arrive in perfect condition.
However, if your item is damaged during transit or you’re unhappy with the quality, please contact us immediately at info@jyugau.com, and we’ll make it right.
